I need you to change the way you eat sandwiches!

I need you to change the way you eat sandwiches. From henceforth I want you to approach the middle of the crust on the side towards you, begin eating the crust. Rotate the sandwich in such a way that you eat the crust around the RIGHT SIDE of the sandwich first. This is VERY important. Once you come to the middle of the crust on the back side of the sandwich, flip the sandwich back around. You then may eat the crust on the left side of the sandwich. After eating ALL THE CRUST, then and ONLY then may you eat the rest of the sandwich, right side first, of course.

That is all.

In order for this to work, I need to know the proper "up" side of the sandwich. Otherwise I could be stuck for hours flipping the sandwich over and over, trying to figure out which side is the "true" right.
