All I am trying to convey is that: Bad calls are made, Missed calls are not called, close plays are reviewed, and the pendulum swings both ways.
I really didn't want to see the plays be that close. To be quite honest, I feel that the replay breaks can really stiffle a driving team's momentum.
If the ref's would have overturned that last touchdown the riot police we have surrounding the field would have earned their wage today. That much is sure.
Hence the reason that it wasn't called correctly.
The officiating crew should not be the ones to affect the outcome of a game, period.
And yes, we did get away with a holding call on the AD TD.
Well, the thing is this: Refs are supposed to be a variable in a game, not a constant. We lost because we were screwed, not because "we shouldn't have let it get to that point."
