Can you change thread titles?

You usually have about a minute or so after posting the thread to go back and change the title that everyone will see. After that, you can change it but the title that will display on the main thread link will be original one written in there. However you will see your changed title once you're in the actual thread. So basically if you're quick, yes. Wait too long, no.
