I hate my old busybody landlord and the fact that he lives around the corner from me.
and he hasn't even done anything lately, it just ****es me off.

i just got out of that situation, i'm now in my own castle and i can tell you that NOTHING beats it......
I'm a landlord and I hate renting and I hate my tenants, so there.
Dude, why aren't you buying? I think the rates are still good. Get em while you can!
we would if it was an option. The wife is in here final year of grad school, she's in a field that is not really friendly to female administrators here, so we're probably looking at moving next year. It would be a bitch to try to sell a house in Norman right now and get out of it what you should (lots of new apartment= lots of empty rent houses that people are trying to unload). Add on top of that the fact that when my lease was coming up, we were preparing for a huge wedding.
I still hate my landlord. He comes and wants to do a bunch of unnecessary work on the house, but when something is actually broken, he tries to act like it's not his problem and like it was something I did that made the bottom of the p trap in the drain under the kitchen sink rust out.
quit peeing in the sink................
Why do you hate plumbers?
