A Chicago man who was shot during an Aug. 28 incident he said was instigated by Tony Allen has filed a civil suit against him.
The entire incident was caught on tape and Allen has been advised not to cooperate with police. It sounds like he may be in some trouble here, as he has admitted to having a verbal confrontation with victim, Marktwain Johnson in the past. While it doesn't sound like there's a chance Allen actually fired the gun, he may have given the command to do so. If the shooter was part of Allen's entourage and was in fact given the order to ''F--- him up'' by Allen before pulling the trigger, this could get ugly. Another person has filed suit as well, stating that his broken eye socket was the result of an Allen punch the same night. The Chicago police will likely question Allen when the Celtics visit Chicago on Oct. 15 for a preseason game. Stay tuned. Sep. 7 - 11:47 am et
