Old school fritos.
Fritos (as in frito chili pie) or crackers. And cheddar cheese. And Ketchup.
Louisiana Hot Sauce.

Got to have a large dallop of sour cream on top and a little grated cheese. Garden of Eatin' "Red Hot Blues" corn chips underneath.

In a bowl with hot dogs and cheese, bread is optional
either cornbread or crackers and lots of cheese and onions.
Other options include spaghetti or french fries.
Rice sounds good too
