Back to the topic ...Mariano is still a good closer but the Sux currently own his ***, no doubt! But Mariano still owns every other ****ing team in MLB, so Sux fans can put that in there pipe and smoke it!

Seriously though, the Yankees have to face reality and start looking to the future regarding the closer position. Mariano is on the down swing of his career and I'll give him 2-3 more years tops. The same holds true for Bernie and Giambi is F-I-N-I-S-H-E-D!!! Hopefully, the Yankee brass will come to terms with this just like most Yankee fans are starting to.
