Okay, here in Tulsa lately we've had a serial rapist and (one-time) child abducter in the news and rightfully so. In each composite sketch of the suspect, they had him wearing a baseball cap with an OU logo.

I've heard of media bias but I think this is going a little far.

Why is it even necessary to draw the logos on the hat? I mean, if they're wearing a non-OU hat, or no hat at all, will people not recognize them?

The biggest dork in the movie Twister was also wearing an OU hat. I think it was a shoutout to the School of Meteorology, but still.

So true. It was the character played by Philip Seymour Hoffman..."Dusty" I think? The loud, large, obnoxious one who kept talking about the "bear cage".

I don't know if I was more dismayed by the fact that the movie made meteorolgy students look like a bunch of dorks or the fact that those portrayals weren't so far off.

They've arrested a guy they think MIGHT be the rapist dude. And fortunately, he was not wearing an OU hat.
