What are some very useful FireFox extensions that ya'll know of? There are just so many, it's hard to see them all.
Auto-Copy is probably one of the best ones I have seen.

Oh yeah. Google Preview. It makes google pages show up like this:
I use a stock ticker too.
This one is pretty cool.

Do a search for the 10 previous thread about this.
There are a few new ones I've gotten:
Bandwidth Tester (duh, it's just built in)
https://addons.update.mozilla.org/ex...umpg=10&id=178
ForecastFox (puts local weather on the status bar at bottom of browser)
https://addons.update.mozilla.org/ex...umpg=10&id=398
Colorzilla (lets you see the rgb color of anything inside browser window)
https://addons.update.mozilla.org/ex...umpg=10&id=271
Nuke anything (selectively remove things from web pages by right clicking)
https://addons.update.mozilla.org/ex...numpg=10&id=79
Quicknote (use it all the time had it forever, just don't remember it being mentioned)

The google preview mentioned above can be darn slow at times and I seldom even look at the pictures. I think it uses the same images that icerocket uses.
I for some odd reason like the homeland security one....granted the bottom right corner of my browser tends to say ELEVATED a lot, but it's still kinda interesting to have.

Holy crap, that ForecastFox one is awesome!
... that's not food.
I use World Weather in thunderbird for current weather. It's needed when you work in a basement.
Yeah, you're mister thunderbird. I read rss feeds in the bookmarks tool bar
Holy crap, disney is planning a tron remake!
OK, you gotta admit that this way is far superior:
If I used thunderbird, it would be a no brainer. Are you using that for work email now?
Since I always have firefox open, this way is better for me. I don't want to have to open another piece of software just for RSS feeds since I already have 8 or so programs running at a time anyway.
I wish that I could use Thunderbird for sceduling because I like it for email better than what I'm using.
Now that I've used autocopy for a while, I hate it. I will try to cut-n-paste something to my search window, but there is usually my last search text still in it. I highlight it and hit delete. The ctrl-c and the old search text is pasted. Talk about irritating.Originally Posted by Bama1Sooners2
