I just counted my OU ticket stubs and I have 121. Of course some are doubles. My first one is from the 1973 OU-texas game. Its amazing how much they've changed. And how much bigger they are!

THANK GOD I'M A SOONER!
If I got them I would, but since I'm in the band....we don't actually get to see our tickets....
Just wait until you graduate and get to pay like the rest of us. Life sucks like that sometimes.Originally Posted by OklahomaTrombone

Yeah, I have pretty much every ticket stub from every major sporting event or concert I've been to.
I think the oldest I have is a stub from July of 1984. It was from a game between the Tulsa Roughnecks and the New York Cosmos, with special guest The Beach Boys.
La ola es mía.
I keep my OU/Texas stubs. That's about it.
I've tried to go to every game the last couple years and have kept every stub afterward. Boomerang had a display where they had every ticket from 2000 and I thought that was cool. After not going undefeated I usually toss the small ones and keep the big-game tickets, OU/UAl, OU/tx, Orange Bowl, Rose Bowl, etc.
I looked at my old school days tickets from mid-70s the other day. I actually had good seats for texas in those days (my senior year I was four seats away from the texicans!)
Maybe it's a senior year thing TAFB. When I was a senior (just last year), I had the best seats....six away fromthe Texas people in the upper deck. This year was the first time for me to be consigned to the endzone. And surely not the last.
I've kept every victorious one. Leave the losing one in the stadium.
One of my favorite Sooner possessions:
An unused ticket for the 1985 Oklahoma-Nebraska game. It was from one of the two seats that my grandfather occupied from the end of World War II until the early 90's when he became too frail to attend. He was unable to go to the game and between his seats, the four my parents had at the time, and another 4 that a friend's parents had, after we brought along all of our buddies who wanted to or could attend, we still had that one ticket left over. I don't think the thought even ever crossed my mind to sell it. I don't know why, I could have used the money. Providence?
Now you couldn't offer me enough for it.

Yes, we keep ours. My most prized possession is the 1985 OU/tx game. It's the only OU/tx game I've ever gotten to go to. And every year when October rolls around, I get it out and set it in front of the tv for a little extra Sooner Magic
I have all 269 ticket stubs and programs from every OU football game I have attended. That includes the 1969 OU/Kansas game, the 1971 OU/Kansas game, every home game from the start of the 1972 season and all of the OU/Texas games and away games I have attended. The OU/OSU game next week will be my 270th OU game and 36 years in a row without missing a home games. (knock on wood!)

My friend was telling em the other day that he has a ticket for every game he ever took a date to a scored afterward.
I decided I'd start that myself... haven't been to a game since, so I'll update as necessary.

i wish i would have kept mine. i've been out of state for a while but went to pretty much every home game between 75-86 with my pops--or sat in my g-parents seats in section 19. and those tickets were like a whopping 12 dollars each. course you could also get a dog and a coke for a buck.
