How about land in Lagos for $5,058,750 per acre? Yeah, in all my trips to Lagos, I can guarantee you one thing. Nothing, no land, no nothing is worth that much in that city. The water/shores are festooned with trash and human waste... There are no billboards in the city, just steel shells of billboards. All the wiring, lights and such have been stripped from the structure. If it ain't welded to structure or concreted into the ground, it has been stolen.
