And totally Ross's fault the way he ducked his head - very scary the way his neck "turtled". Mayfield took a hard hit along the sideline that was mostly shoulder to shoulder but their helmets struck too. That was a bad decision by Mayfield as well (and also did not warrant a flag), but I guess that is just who he is.
