Probably true, but the decision loop for college stadium expansion is quicker than that for scheduling major opponents. I doubt tOSU will expand before 2017. Maybe Nebraska before 2022, but do they really have the demand to do it? BTW, Soonerstats says 2026 for Michigan. Is there a better source?
