Ha! Doesn't even have a bulge...
This will be fun in a few years when Baylor returns to their normal mediocre football performance.
"To this day, Schnellenberger is not held in high esteem by Sooner fans, in part because he made no secret of his lack of interest in the program's history."
No homo...
Things I've heard on this site for years:
1)On the hiring of Art Briles: "Briles was crazy for taking that job. Nobody can win at Baylor."
2)"RGIII is okay, but he's not good enough to get them to a bowl game."
3)"RGIII is their best QB ever, and they still can't beat us (OU)!"
4)"RGIII will never win the Heisman."
5)"Baylor will go back to mediocrity when RGIII is gone."
6)"Briles will leave Baylor the very first offer he gets."
7)"Nick Florence is going to be a terrible QB."
8)"Bryce Petty is going to be a terrible QB."
9)"Baylor will never win a conference championship."
10)"Baylor will never beat OU in Norman."
11)"Baylor will never win another conference championship."
12)"Baylor will suck again once Bryce Petty leaves."
13)"Seth Russell is going to be a terrible QB."
I can add your post to that list, I suppose. FWIW, Baylor has been doing a pretty damned good job at hiring coaches. If/when Briles does leave, I trust Baylor to find a coach that won't send us right back to the basement.
What I suspect will send Baylor back into the basement is if/when the NCAA looks into how they rose from the basement in the first place.

That's a solid meh. What was wrong with old ones?
And I'm getting a little tired of your **** SicEm
You sound like a little kid that gets picked on all the time. Now that you've finished your rant, it's time to start crying and run home to your mother.
I've always said Briles is a great coach, but if you think Baylor is even close to OU as a program, you're off your rocker.
Also, some of those statements are made up.
Lolwut?FWIW, Baylor has been doing a pretty damned good job at hiring coaches. If/when Briles does leave, I trust Baylor to find a coach that won't send us right back to the basement.
Who are these good coaches they have been hiring? Guy Morriss? Kevin Steele? Dave Roberts? Chuck Reedy? Outside of Briles, it doesn't look like Baylor has hired a halfway decent coach since 1972.
The NCAA has been all over Baylor like white on rice since the basketball scandal, and they've looked into the football program and found absolutely nothing. It's absolutely no secret and suggestions to the contrary, with zero evidence, disgust me. It wasn't overnight success either. A very good coach, a great staff, an enormous amount of hard work, a once in a lifetime athlete that brought the spotlight onto what Baylor can do, and a university with a new President, a new AD, and a large number of new BOR who are committed to athletics for the first time during our tenure in the Big XII.
...all it's missing is a camel toe

Refuting a statement sounds like a little kid getting picked on? Nobody is crying. In what way can one respond and not sound like a child to you?
Who the **** said that?I've always said Briles is a great coach, but if you think Baylor is even close to OU as a program, you're off your rocker.
They're absolutely not. I've read every single one of those (except maybe the Russell one) at one time or another. Also, some of those statements are made up.
If Baylor ever plays the Ducks, they better coordinate wardrobes or it will look like a scrimmage.
2 things...
#1 "hand check, gentlemen"..really? you think a man would play with himself over a frickin fball uniform? wow...
#2 I know you like OU as well...but to post the bu crap on here and expect ANYONE but you to get excited...another wow...
weird just weird~
How do you know if you get there, if you don't know where you are going?..oh and I had 1,713 post on the "other board"..I hate being a rookie again!
Whatever Oregon doesn't want Baylor can have.
The truth and everyone knows it.
But, that's not necessarily a bad thing. Baylor's identity up until recently was a bunch of losers that didn't belong in the Big 12, much like Oregon was once a bunch of losers that didn't even have an indoor practice facility, despite its frigid location. So, here's to the losers. Why the hell can't we beat them anymore
