Boren denying to Jason Kersey of the Oklahoman that the project is delayed. Says it's "shovel ready." Adds the regents will take it up at March meeting, tho.

Oh great - now I don't know whether I should have my panties in a wad or not. I guess I'll keep those wadded panties "shovel ready" until March.

In the meantime, I think I'll renovate my stadium by buying a large 4K UHD TV.

Big donors are not influenced by an 8-5 season with 4 of 5 losses by a few points. Put up a few more and they will be. The influence to the major donors is the price of oil. Even those not in the energy business have customers who are in the energy business. Oil dropped from $100 barrel to $50 a barrel very fast. The net worth of many a donor went crashing, too.
