With Signing Day just two weeks away, OU may be getting ready to make a push in recruiting
I've changed my Crystal Ball on Brentwood (Tenn.) Ravenwood four-star wide receiver Van Jefferson to Oklahoma. Sources have indicated that Jefferson's visit to OU over the weekend blew him away and he had a great in-home with Bob Stoops on Monday night. Though he's committed to Georgia, many have seen Jefferson's recruitment as a Ole Miss-Georgia battle but Oklahoma's January push is going to be tough for either program to beat.
Jefferson is a U.S. Army All-American and ranked by the industry-generated 247Sports Composite as the No. 13 wide receiver in the country.

Jefferson had been committed to Georgia since Aug. 2014, but announced his decommitment from the Bulldogs via Twitter on Tuesday. He has offers from a slew of SEC schools such as Florida, Georgia, Ole Miss, Auburn, Mississippi State, South Carolina and Tennessee. Jefferson has also been offered by Ohio State and Clemson, among others. He's scheduled to visit Florida on Jan. 30.
