That was just about the dumbest 1st down play in this situation I've ever seen.
This is how LSU lost to Bama when they had it won - a couple of different times.
Some **** poor blocking on that third down.
Alabama was going to have a minute to score either way.
I applaud Meyer in going for it if he thought he saw something. He just guessed wrong.
