It's Toby Keith's Fault
Between him prowling the sideline like a has-been one hit wonder, dressing to make Bill Belichick look dapper, and the f'd up salute with the extended pinkie finger today, I'm certain that he jinxed our karma. What the hell was that anyhow? I realize he was just trying to show respect. And I realize that it's obvious he doesn't know how to salute, and apparently didn't take the time to learn. Or isn't able. But that's just one transgression on my list of peeves. Mostly it's because I'm certain he has contaminated this program like a virus. Like a bacteria. A chicken-fried plague!
He cursed my team and he has to go!
No more Toby on the sideline. No more Toby on TV during games. No more Toby at pregame, halftime, or anywhere near the hallowed ground of Owen Field.
Toby has to go.
It's been getting worse and worse since his self-appointed status as our "celebrity fan."
