I knew a boy just like this when I was about 12. Always talking about how he's right, everyone else wrong. Always calling people names, talking about how dumb they were. A complete loser with no friends; the more you demonstrated to him what an idiot he was the louder, and longer he'd talk. I think he mostly grew out of it, though.
