I also was reminded that the dems failed in their dream act attempt to pass it in 2010 so Obama once again went to executive action to grant deferred action on dreamers...see he's an old hand at this now.

And for this popular support for pathway to citizenship...why did Obama not do his executive action before the midterms? It evidently is wildly popular and probably could have saved countless dem seats in the house and senate.

Well...maybe it was that "likely voters" thing.

Again, I apologize for not giving you dems credit for all of your efforts in 2009-2010. But just so you won't think my disdain is just for all of you dems on immigration there are a number of pubs that I can also show equal affection...

Now here is a true POS pub senator:

No one can be so fvcking stupid as to you cannot see the posted in bold red seven point the name of the bill? Seriously?

I am astounded at your lack of intelligence. You still want to pretend the AMERICAN PEOPLE do not support a path to citizenship? NO INTEGRITY! The very polls you want to claim support XL pipeline also support a pathway to citizenship. Explain that.

I can't find your specific bill - the one I put in bright red bold seven point. LOL AT YOU................DUMBASS HILLBILLY. Let me do it again! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Although this article made me giggle a bit. Hopefully the illegals will aggregate in the states where the liberals love them so much.

But you didn't post the link did you 8th..? Can't Google it by that name 8th and get anything showing a vote by the house and it being killed in the senate. So just post the link showing those things or shut the **** up. You haven't done that yet have you dumbass? You're probably too embarrassed about some shameful bill proposed by the dems. Maybe from this dem...Luis Gutierrez:

While many admire his tenacity and credit him with keeping immigration reform alive, others, including members of the Obama administration, believe his confrontational style can be counterproductive. He sees things more simply. “I have only one loyalty,” he says, “and that’s to the immigrant community.
    http://www.newsweek.com/pushing-obam...n-reform-70093

See how the link was posted to it 8th?

Unlike you I also will give any sellout pub credit for their treachery too.

Of course there have been polls showing Americans favoring a pathway...I just showed you one where they didn't. I'd love to see a poll asking Americans if they support a "pathway" if they were told the illegals would be supported by the American taxpayers...what do you think those polls would like?

Not going to answer why Obama waited until after the midterms to do executive action are you? With all that "wild support" you'd think the dems would have won the midterms in a landslide....didn't quite turn out that way did it 8th. So the pubs want to "stand in the way of the American people" on immigration amnesty but you have no comment on the dems doing the same thing on Keystone...even going so far as to have a vote (finally) to save Landrieu? You'd think the American public would have burned the pubs at the voting booth wouldn't you 8th?

Do you have any more stories about your stowaway great grandfather? That was really inspiring.

Seriously? You make a claim that dems didn't touch immigration in the two years we were in control and I post the name of the bill that was passed in bold red seven point text and it's still not good enough? You are a true DUMBASS. It wasn't enough I had to teach you something was done on immegration, you whine like a littel bitch that I didn't post you a link. I googled it by name and it returned 54,300 results, are you so fvcking stupid you can't even use google? YEP!

The only person around here who should be ashamed is someone who such a stuipd lemming he make claims about dems not touching immigration when we had the chance and not believing the polls that are right in your face.

You look stupid on this post - my advise to you is to STOP DIGGING!

Heh heh...einstein...still can't/won't post the link will you? You've now gone 3 posts without posting a link. 54,300 results and you can't post it? Ashamed of it? I certainly want to give the dems all of the credit for any reprehensible bill they put forth in 2009-2010. Here I was mistakenly applauding them for doing nothing and thank goodness you say you've found out where they actually tried to do it...you're just too ashamed of posting it. Post the link showing the vote in the house and senate...be proud of your party!!!

I have no problem in saying I was wrong (unlike you) on dems trying to pass bad legislation particularly on immigration...of course I don't have your obamadong issues so its not that hard to do.

Comprehensive Immigration Reform for America's Security and Prosperity Act of 2009

Comprehensive Immigration Reform for America's Security and Prosperity (CIR ASAP) Act of 2009 is the name for House Bill H.R. 4321 which was introduced in the US House of Representatives by Representative Solomon Ortiz (D-TX)on December 15, 2009 although its main author is Representative Luis Gutierrez (D-Il). Although generally characterized as an amnesty bill to legalize the estimated 12-18 million illegal aliens currently residing in the US, the vast majority of its 600+ provisions have little or nothing to do with amnesty. The bill, already labeled as "radical" by Republican and Democratic members of Congress alike, is controversial not just for its provisions but for its timing as well. The CIR ASAP was introduced in the midst of a mid term election cycle where all seats of the House of Representatives and one third of the seats of the Senate will be up for election. Furthermore, the US is currently in a recession and the unemployment rate is hovering at around 15%. Opponents of the bill question whether the US can absorb 12-18 million newly legalized and employment authorized residents that would automatically be eligible for federal services and benefits would be good for the economy.

The bill's provisions are distributed throughout 619 sections under six titles.

Title I covers Border Security & Enforcement
    Title II covers Employment Verification
    Title III covers Visa Reforms
Title IV covers Earned Legalization of Undocumented Individuals
Title V covers Stregthening the US Economy & Workforce
Title VI covers Integration of New Americans
This bill was never voted on by anyone.

Those are the links I found but I knew there had to be more since 8th assured us it had been passed by the house and killed in the senate. He is a man of integrity and I know he will be shortly forthcoming with the appropriate link. I did like the wiki characterization as "radical" by both the pubs and dems.

Did you also notice that Luis Gutierrez was the primary architect of the so called bill? The man whose only loyalty was to the "immigrant community"? Now that's a bill that every American could trust and get behind.

Integrity,(I know you were being facetious), isn't part of the vernacular used by a Democrat. Lying, cheating and stealing however are very much part of their core behavior.

I also noticed it said this, "vast majority of its 600+ provisions have little or nothing to do with amnesty. "

Well now I'm sure 8th will be along shortly to show us his work and his googling skills. Heh heh...I really don't put all dems or pubs in a lack of integrity category although I'm sure 8th doesn't know a pub politician that he doesn't think lacks integrity.

Yep, it seems that the amnesty portion was not quite as prominent as 8th had said...although I'm sure wiki probably just got it wrong.

8th had a great grandfather that stowed away on a ship so illegal immigration is good for the country.

I'm just waiting for 8th to post the link that supports his statements that the house passed it and it died in the senate due to filibuster. Who knows...he says he has it and obviously with his superior googling skills when he posts it I will give the dems full credit for trying to pass crappy legislation...particularly something drawn up by Gutierrez. I had been applauding them for not doing anything but 8th wanted them to share in the blame which was quite noble of him.

My bad, it was the dream act that was in the senate in 2009 filibustered by republicans 56-44 it "lost". The other bill was introduced in the house in dec 2009, never came up for a vote.

I have enough integrity to admit when I am wrong. Do you have enough to admit the dems tried twice in 2009? Will you also admit that your party screamed you can't do more than one thing at a time and we need to fix the economy?
