Excited to see how we look in our second game. Creighton isn't the same team they were even a year ago, but always seem to have solid teams. OU should win comfortably, but I'm sure it'll be a challenge.

I don't know much about them, but I know their recruiting has improved recently, and they've often been a dangerous mid-major, even before McBuckets. I'd be pretty happy with any kind of W against them this early in the season. Being this early, and on the road, this might be our toughest non-conference game. The neutral court games could be a challenge as well.
If I'm going on record, I think the UCLA game is our toughest. I think Creighton is one of the hardest 2-3 games we have, though.

It will be our first big test, but it's the game(s) after that which will tell us where we are on the "good to great" meter. There's a real chance we could see North Carolina then either Wisconsin or Florida.Originally Posted by Eielson

This looks a lot like the first game. Our boys look ready to play...and Creighton appears to want to take the deep shots...that's tough if they're not falling.

And I mean, more drives and attempts. This Thomas kid is supposed to be a pretty good addition, it;s a part of our game that slacked a bit over the past few years.
Would only help out outside shooting if we can get the front-court to be consistent players in games. Shall see, I like what I am seeing so far. good balance.

Right. Spangler knocking down 3's is fine, but it cannot be his main game. In order to truly compete in today's hoops, we gotta have to low post presence, enough for other teams to respect it.
