YEP, taxing consumer spending is the best way to kill consumption. consumption tax = sales tax and ending income and property taxes and raising the sales tax is what the koch's want to do. Just like they did in kansas. It is YOUR party pushing for that in the US.

I don't suppose it would do any good to point out that the correct answer to "Which is the best way to learn about biology: the cell or the organism?" is that both are true.
