Voting is a choice...you have to make an effort to do it. What I propose is that ONLY Property owners and W2/1099 people get to vote. That way the ne'er-do-wells don't get to push the government control agenda and they will be forced to get a job, work and contribute rather than live off the Johnson not-so-"Great Society" tit.
