While I'm sure the ruling makes some Oklahomans that never intend to visit 20 of the 50 states very happy (those states including Texas and Arkansas), the ruling was a copout.
Some day, the feds will bite the bullet and have a nationwide marriage law. Till then, cross the Illinois or Arkansas rivers, and you're no longer legally married.
