did my first turkey breast in my smoker...about 7 pounds, brined it for
8-10 hours, put a rub on it and apple wood smoked it for about four hours.
Before I put it in the smoker, I injected it with apple juice and, oh my, don't
wanna brag, but, wow, juicy, fragrant, smoky, to die for breast meat. Just
wanted to share, since it is a bye week!...BOOMER!

The smoker I got is a "cheapie" but works great for me. Maybe I'll
get good enuf for the high priced one....
yeah, about crapped when she told me how much it was...thing is with these new ones ya don't do jack, fill it, start it, and leave. Not much "cookin" ..everything automated (UGH!)
