did my first turkey breast in my smoker...about 7 pounds, brined it for
8-10 hours, put a rub on it and apple wood smoked it for about four hours.
Before I put it in the smoker, I injected it with apple juice and, oh my, don't
wanna brag, but, wow, juicy, fragrant, smoky, to die for breast meat. Just
wanted to share, since it is a bye week!...BOOMER!
