The new rule is good for guys that are going to be early enrollees, it allows the coaches to communicate with them (as normal players rather than recruits), and talk about them.

Both of these kids were great pick-ups when they committed, but I'm most excited about Evans. Anderson is another great back, but we need quality tackles, and Evans could see time early (if he puts on some weight). It's crazy, but he may play before his brother (Tay Evans).
