Gym Rescue

This is a new series premiering tonight on Spike. It is supposed to have a similar format to Bar Rescue. The hosts are Randy Couture and Frank Shamrock. Even though they are both MMA guys, I think they will deal with all different kinds of gyms. I believe the trial run will be for either 3 or 4 episodes. Spike will then decide whether or not to get more episodes. I think it is an interesting idea for a show.

It is kind of interesting, because Randy Couture has had to close a lot of his gyms lately. I don't know if they will bring that up on the show though. I think the show has potential. I will definitely watch the first episode tonight. The show comes on at 9:00 tonight.
