    The Ultimate Fighter 19

The greatest reality show on television returns tonight. I almost forgot because of the Stanley Cup Playoffs beginning tonight. This season the coaches are Frankie Edgar and BJ Penn. This season is Middleweights and Light Heavyweights. If you are not watching anything else, you should check it out.

Pendred was able to beat Urbina tonight. The fight did go to a third round. I thought third round was especially boring. The fight on next week's episode will be Spohn vs. Monaghan.

Outside the first minute or so, that entire fight was disappointing. I just knew an illegal knee was going to end the fight, he was sure taking some chances with them.
I would agree with you but then we'd both be wrong.

Dana seemed upset with Spohn. I thought he showed good control in winning the fight on tonight's episode though. Next week's fight will be Tim Williams vs. Dhiego Lima. I thought it was a bad choice for the next fight for Penn. Lima looked really tough in his first fight to get in the house.

It was a really good fight on tonight's episode. Williams controlled a lot of the fight. I thought he definitely won the first round. He was winning the second, I thought, until he went for a takedown when he was really tired. Lima sprawled out and blocked the takedown, then he took Williams back and was able to get the choke for the win. Corey Anderson vs. Josh Clark for next week's episode.

Anderson was able to beat Clark on tonight's episode. I think Anderson may be in trouble in the future though. He seemed to be slow with takedowns. He bends over and then starts charging. I could see him getting knocked out when he is bent over in a future fight. I don't know how the season will play out, but it is just an observation by me. Ian Stephens vs. Roger Zabata is the fight for next week's episode. It looks like it is going be a very intense episode next week from the preview.

Zapata defeated Stephens on tonight's episode. That is probably the strangest ending to a fight on the series. Zapata lost a point in the third round after the ref took a point for illegal strikes. The judges still gave the fight to Zapata.

I did not think Patrick had a chance.. I wish they would change the format to the way the first few TUF's did...and add back that awesome song. I am most excited to see Mike Evans fight this week. Will BJ and Frankie fight at the end of the season? BJ is one of my newer favorites, but I think Frankie will win if they do. Also, what is your impression of Steve Mazzagatti? I like him....I know Dana throws a fit when he refs..not sure why....YES I have watched all the old fights when he reffed. I still like him as a ref.

Eddie Gordon was able to beat Mike King on tonight's episode by decision. I thought it was a good third round. That was the only full round I saw though. Matt Van Buren fights Chris Fields on next week's episode.

Eddie Gordon was able to win a split decision over Cathal Pendred on tonight's episode. It was another boring fight though.

BJ looked terrible! I have always loved to watch him fight but geez, he mailed that one in. Looked like he was just there to collect a check. Very sad way to end his career.

    I hope he retires soon.
