Mike McLaughlin was with OKC FC before he joined Energy FC. McLaughlin brought with him the lease to Taft stadium which will allow the Energy to move from Mcguinnes hs, where they will play the '14 season. Taft stadium stone wall is unchanged but the interior looks to be gutted temporarily.

Ok, now the strange thing begins. OKC FC will begin play in 2015 in the NASL, which is a development league. This has no effect on people who hate soccer but for alot of us who have been waiting for a team that could push us up to the MLS, this is huge because it is the top league.

So, how did we go from no teams to two teams so quickly, and why have two? The Energy will win out in terms of support just because it's branding has been great so far and they have more talent And with okcfc losing the Taft lease, where will the play? Weird stuff.
