I should clarify my statement. When the economy went south places like Baltimore and Philadelphia could not afford to take care of their problems. So they loaded them on buses and sent them to other states like Delaware. One of our local cops told me we tried to send them on to Miami but they had cops at the bus station to put them on a bus and sent them back up here. Lol. At one point I had three homeless guys living on our company property. They are like cockroaches because they are difficult to get rid of.

Wow, you East Coasters do that too? Vegas also reportedly did that with homeless mental patients.
I think everyone does it.
My sympathy level for homeless and panhandlers is at rock bottom. When they show up there is an increase in crime. A number of us in business got together and read the mayor the riot act to get them out of the downtown area. It has gotten better but still not where it should be. It has really has hurt our foot traffic. The laws are built in such a way that the police cannot do much about them. I can tell you Saudi Arabia has a pretty good formula. LOL
