Ponder this: If OSU had to resort to this to raise the competitiveness of their program, what did Ole Miss, Miss State and Auburn have to do?
I'm willing to accept that desperation and willful misconduct at OSU happened, but their rise was over significant time and was accompanied by a totally legit capital improvement program that was almost unprecedented in major college football history. When you see bottom feeder schools without the building programs suddenly landing top ten recruiting classes with no history of doing so...well, one is drawn to suspect that all is not above board.
