You learn a lot about people when things don't go their way. How spoiled are we? We get our asses handed to us for the first time in forever and you'd think the world was falling apart. "It's over", Pete needs guts, pinpointing one person or even two people for four quarters of bad football, coaching staff stinks, etc. Really? I'm not saying we don't have to re-evaluate because I agree with the vanilla plan but anybody who blames four quarters of bad football on one person isn't somebody I want on my team or somebody I'd describe as having any kind of concept.

You guys have to decide if you trust our staff or not? Our head coach. You have to decide what kind of program you'd like to have here. If you'd like one that wins damn near every weekend for over a decade and preaches to its players to be first class on and off the field, stay on the train. If you're like half the SEC or like UW who only decided to suspend a guy when he was deemed unplayable this week as a result of injury, then got off. If you want to run Coach Pete off, keep stuff like this up. It will work. If you want to run recruits off, you're on the right path.

It's days like this where I figure out who I need to use my "ignore this member" tab on. You figure out who the problem solvers are and the problem dwellers are. I agree 100% we have issues, but do you really think you starting dumb threads like "Fire Prince" is good for our program? Good for recruiting?

I find it hard to believe that we can/will win a game this year. Losing at home to an FCS team stinks-but it wasn't just a loss, it was a total beat down. I didn't expect that we would score many point but I sure didn't think we would have 53 hung on us. I tried to think positive during the game. I screamed and supported the team and watched the a** kicking until they scored 50. I couldn't take any more and left. First time ever.

I can kind of understand the offense not scoring an ***-ton of points due to a crappy QB, but how in the fizzuck can our defense give up 53 points (I know 7 came off an INT)... That is the part that tells the story. We suck more than i ever thought was possible

Honestly I can get over getting 50 points hung on us by a FBS sub division team. I can get over the a$$ kicking that we took. I can get over the fact that in Willie T's first game, after months of hype we laid probably the biggest egg I've ever witnessed in my life following sports.



What I can't get over was the severe and total lack of any emotion from our players, and our sideline. Nobody seemed to care, not once did I see any passion or urgency, only blank faces and poor efforts. I saw this same thing unfold over the course of last year, and to be honest I'm not watching anymore of it in person this season. I felt embarrassed to go to school here, and to even be associated with that sort of terrible effort. Get me some players who care, and want to compete. I don't care if we go winless, but that type of effort was outright disgusting, and pitiful. There are people who would give everything to be in a D1 football program, and these players acted like it was a waste of their time.



Bull nation was disrespected last night, by our players, our coaches, and our football program. I will never forget that loss, and it will take years to scrub that stench away. Say what you want about supporting these athletes, but these front runners deserve none of what they have, and what the people in this program sacrificed to build for them. Over the course of the past calendar year these apathetic players have set this program back a decade, they don't deserve to play here, and I am fine if only the freshman play every down the rest of this season.



You can only blame the coaches for so long, and so much. At some point you have to acknowledge that these kids don't care, don't want to be here, and don't want to win. I boood at my team for the first time in my life, and I can honestly say they deserved it and more. I think this program can be fixed, but there is a severe problem with our culture here, and the current players that we have. I will always be a Bull, and I am a believer in coach T, but something has to change, and I think its these athletes.
