It's called ADR. When you have bad audio (especially shooting exteriors) you have the "talent" go re-record their lines to make it sound better. Too often it can sound "too good" as it does here. I wouldn't even call it a good take. And I have sat in on a LOT of VO/ADR sessions.
It's a very well made spot, though. I likee.

Stoops was asked about it in his press conference. He said one of the players said the voice didn't sound like his, and he didn't think it was his voice. Stoops said "I'm almost certain it's (the voice) not mine".
Noticed that after, my sister lives a few blocks from West (and teaches at an elementary that feeds into West) and saw them filming it that night. When I first saw it I thought the "game sequences" were filmed at PC Stadium but she corrected me.
It has been running here in Denver all weekend so I am pretty sure it's national.
It played repeatedly during the ND game in the NYC market.
