It does seem almost quaint now to look back at that time when our main adversary was always just threatening to blow us up as we both kept gathering more of the stuff to do the job to each other many times over, versus now when we have psychos who are actually willing to kill themselves to do it, and our main response has been to create more of a pain in the *** to get through the airport depending on what pretty color our threat level is set to that day.

Time does dull the edge. I wish my kids worried about nuclear war to the point that they conducted readiness tests in elementary school. Those were indeed good times.
