    Re: Tulsa Earthquake???

    NO!
    I was an OKC earthquake!
It had to be at least a 5.5 here.
Son in Tulsa called immediately with cabinets and building shaking.
So, maybe someone in between got it worst!

Epicenter in Stillwater. Cause traced to people jumping off and back on a bandwagon.

    Re: Tulsa Earthquake???

These earthquakes are occurring along the "Wilzetta Fault" east of OKC. Wilzetta was the name of an old townsite NW of Prague in Lincoln County. I live about 3-4 miles north of the epicenter area.
Now this is surely purely coincidental, but there is currently a firm doing a 3-D Seismic Survey around these parts, which they are calling the Wilzetta Project.

I wrote on here recently about them planning to do some surveying on our land. They are drilling 80 foot holes, and dropping dynamite down them. Of course, the quakes are centered 2-3 miles deep, but it is odd.

Last night, after 30 years of marriage my wife said, "the earth moved." My response, yes wasn't it wonderful. She said, "no you fool, the earth actually moved!"

Well, you oughta hang on to that land, looks like it will be beachfront property someday.
