a couple weeks ago...i almost bought tickets to fly the family out to DC to visit my sister for NEXT week...
glad i didn't ....it's sweltering out there...
seattle/san fran are about the only cool places to go...maybe the higher elevations in the rockies....
but now i have to stay home and water the cats/dogs/chickens/horses.....so they don't die of heat stroke..
