    The day will start with me getting my 5 mile run in, then a full day at work, then home to take one daughter to soccer practice and the other to volleyball practice, watch American Idol (err Idiot) with The Redhead.

    I plan to get up pretty early to ride my bike uptown with my daughter and her boyfriend to maybe see the Zulu King & Rex and drink a beer or 19. I've been out of action most of this carnival season due to a sinus infection (wahhhhhh!!). I hope it's better tomorrow, but I think I need to get out in the streets anyway!
