NORMAN, Okla. -- With the help from the mascot Sooner, members of the OU spirit squad and Danny Cahill, an Oklahoma native and winner of NBC's The Biggest Loser, Toby Rowland successfully ran four miles in under an hour earlier today. Rowland's official time was 43:40.

With Rowland's success, fans can now call the OU Athletics Ticket Office at (800) 456-GoOU or come to the Lloyd Noble Center starting at 5 p.m., tonight and mention the promotion code "FITNESS NIGHT" for a $5 general admission ticket (while supplies last) to the women's basketball game vs. Texas A&M.

Last week, Rowland was challenged by Head Coach Sherri Coale to run four miles in an hour. The challenge was held at Academy Sports and Outdoors in Norman.

Cahill will also sign autographs during pre-game festivities from 5:30-6:30 p.m., at the Lloyd Noble Center and will also perform the National Anthem.

One fan in attendance at the game will also win a treadmill, courtesy of Academy Sports and Outdoors in Norman.

I hate games against A&M. I always get so damn mad at the crappy officiating. I generally think the Big 12 has done well this year, but it never matters in the A&M games. They always freak out and call the stupidest calls. Last night was no exception - they called weird crap all night both ways.

Sad to see us come out on the wrong end, but we had the chance to win it. Three really good looks for Danielle at the end... you've got to expect a senior to make those plays.

We'll get our revenge down in Collie Station!
