Is it legal to forward an e-mail not meant for you?

I received an e-mail a few days ago that was mistakenly sent to me. It was an e-mail meant for someone with a very similar name to mine. It was from a retailer confirming an order of some very *personal* items.


It's so freaking hilarious that I'm just itching to forward it, but I don't want to be sued if this person figures it out.


There's absolutely no disclaimer anywhere in the e-mail saying that if it's not for me, delete it.
