Pledge and Fitz were arrested at Dillards for petty larceny, so it could very well have been makeup that they took.
I think petty larceny is for stuff that's less than like $500 or so. Anyone know for sure?

According to this, they were not actually arrested but only cited. An officer confirmed that what they allegedly tried to take was less than $500. Hmm...
I worked there during college days. They always had undercover security wandering around as "shoppers".
