I'm lagging behind you STEP.I've had two Arthroscopic Surgerys on my Right knee.Nothing like your Surgerys.Last one was 7 weeks ago.More torn cartlege and they used some little Grinder to smoothe the Bone on 3 sides.Still aches,and Doc told me I have a Replacement in my future.So I got that going for me.
