More Proof that the NFL is becoming a Passing League

This year NFL QBs set record for most 4,000-yard passing seasons (10): Schaub, P. Manning, Romo, Rodgers, Brady, Brees, Roethlisberger, Rivers, Favre, and E. Manning. You'd also have to think that Warner and possibly McNabb would have gotten there too if they hadn't sat out some games with injuries.

QBs also set a record for 25+ passing TDs(12): Brees, Favre, P. Manning, Rodgers, Schaub, Brady, Rivers, Cutler, E. Manning, Roethlisberger, Romo and Warner. Again McNabb probably would have gotten there too if he hadn't gotten injured early in the season

    The previous bests were 7(4000+) & 10(25+) in '07

It is a TOTAL quarterback driven league. It is what it is entirely about.

Absolutely, and I'm not a real big fan of that. Some of the "roughing the passer" calls in today's game make my blood boil. They baby those guys way too much.
