It is Lord Christopher Monckton, a former UK cabinet minister speaking just days ago (Oct. 14, 2009) about the details of the "climate treaty" that world leaders will all be voting on in Copenhagen in December of this year.

That treaty will hugely impact ALL of our lives, yet how many of us know what's in that treaty? Let's be honest ... nobody here has any idea what's in it!
