Its Jelly made from Mayhaws. They apparently are a berry in the swamp. I had never heard of it either until yesterday.

I got it at the Berry Patch in Sadler, TX
It just tastes delicious. Its a sweet kinda tart fresh taste. Hard to describe because it doesnt really taste like any other Jelly or fruit I've ever had.
It is amazing on biscuits
