TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — A 21-year-old man was charged with first-degree murder Tuesday after police said he snatched up his ex-girlfriend's 3-month-old son during a fight and then threw the baby from his car on an interstate highway.
The child's lifeless body was found near Interstate 275 north of downtown Tampa early Tuesday. The man, Richard A. McTear Jr., was captured several hours later. Deputies said he is not the child's father.

I think we need to check with Barack before we take this guy apart.
No he wont, because they will isolate him from general public.
At least that is how the series shows this type of inmate.
However, he actually deserves the death penalty.
And to me the death penalty is pretty crappy in America.
Instead of laying them on a bed and injecting the inmate, they should kill the inmate that mimics how they killed the person(s) that got them the death penalty....In this guys case, go flying down a high way at about 95 MPH and wait for a culvert or barrier to show up and throw the mother****er into it!
If he does not die the first time...keep doing it until he does!
