The host Jian Ghomeshi apparently made the mistake of introducing Billy Bob as an actor when THE ACTOR only wanted to be introduced as a musician. He became an immediate joy after that.

I saw The Boxmasters & Willie Nelson at the Cain's last November. Billy Bob was a completely different animal at that show. He sang lead, played drums, and was extremely humble and appreciative for playing the Cain's. They were great live.

Great stuff. I am imputing a high level of acting ability and an intentional design regarding the recent media appearances with folks like Billy Bob and Joaquin Phoenix. Jerking people's chains and getting publicity - performance art.
