that sucks.
and so does Texas.
probably the right call. No reason to risk anything this late in the season.
and we should win at home without him. Screw Bill Self and his $1,000 wig. Stop hittin on the young chicks Billy.
I feared this might happen.
OK Sooners! BUCK UP! BEAT KU ! ! !
My heart is breaking right now for Blake (and I'm not trying to be too dramatic). This is just so sad for him and for the entire team, on the verge of a No. 1 ranking, No. 1 seeding, Capel's first Big 12 title... both tourneys coming up
Win this one for Blake, guys, so that the Griffin brothers can finish the season together on top!
Get well soon, Blake!

He's coming for you
I saw Austin Johnson about an hour ago pigging out at Tarahumara's. I'm thinking "that's one hell of a pre-game meal..." Now I know he was eating for two. Our guard play needs to be stellar. In all phases.
It's best for Griffin and that just means that the crowd will have to be so much crazier for this game. I don't see them beating us at home even without Blake Griffin. We're still #3 and it may not hurt to sit him against Tech if he's still questionable.
The positive is that we're getting more minutes for the bench and that can only help us in in both tournaments. Wright, Davis and Pattillo will all benefit form Blake being out.
No matter what you do there will be critics
I'm not the type to forget about nights like this,
where every single move that I make is documented and scored for style points.
The once ambitious one now holds the smoking gun.
The athletic department needs to rip this off from Troll (along with the missing dog poster) and make it part of their advertising campaign.
We will learn alot about our team tonight as we did the 2nd half on saturday night

With a record of 109-23 (.826) and six Big 12 championships in 10 seasons, Stoops has reason to be arrogant. But he is not. He is somewhere between humble and unimpressed.

Good call for the long run of the season. This could feasible shut him down until Mizzou, although I feel he will be in Lubbock on Saturday.
Taylor, Wright, Crocker, AJ, Warren, Patillo, the crowd, and maybe Davis are good enough to win this game.
Outside of Collins and Aldrich, they are quite average. I wanted to see him match up against Aldrich, but maybe we can see it in the Big XII Tourney. Mizzou is the next time I expect to see him.

Ryan Davis really showed up for a bit on Saturday. He and Pattillo need to hit the boards hard tonight, and I don't mean the message boards.

ryan davis is the stud black belt for the ou club karate team. board breaking is his specialty. the team's got a big rivalry match against rogers st. tonight.
who the hell is patillo?
This should be a much different team than we saw in the second half Saturday. They've had a couple of days to run without Blake.
Still sucks, but I think we'll be fine.
