OK, the wifes car needs attention, Just left Big O tires

They want 455.00 to replace 4 shocks (out the door price life time GU)
They want 550.00 for 4 tires (out the door price)

Tires I get, except they were not their top of the line.

I just checked and found I can buy
Monroes for about $210.00
Gabriel for about $130.00

So what say you SO. are Monroes that much better than Gabriels ??

It was the price from Big O that shocked me... 450.00 for 4 monroe Shocks that just crazy.. Hell I can buy 4 new top of the line Monroe shocks at Auto Zone for for about $130.00.....

But I am thinking about going with Bilstein shocks. $260.00 A little high but seems to be rated as the best.

The last set of tires I bought. I got a good deal from a place in Norman but it burnt to the ground not to long ago.

The shocks I can get for 280 total , Rancho brand . which is a Little better than Monroe.
