"Discourage litigation. Persuade your neighbors to compromise whenever they can. Point out to them how the nominal winner is often a real loser; in fees, expenses and waste of time." -- Abraham Lincoln, (1809-1865) Lawyer and President who saved the United States.
"Without opportunities on the part of the poor to obtain expert legal advice, it is idle to talk of equality before the law"-- Justice Chas. Evans Hughes

I taste terrific.
Fly your flags to day - at half staff.
Meddle not in the affairs of dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with ketchup.
Tragic day for America, yet a day that we all came together in a mighty way!
God Bless America!
Ahahahaha...I like it!
They're showing all the raw footage again on FNC...and I'm still ****ing pissed. Olevet, wanna go to Afghanistan with me and personally hunt down that mother****er?
dayum..still brings tears to my eyes
Whenever a boy comes you should always have something baking.
Now, this war will not be like the war against Iraq a decade ago, with a decisive liberation of territory and a swift conclusion. It will not look like the air war above Kosovo two years ago, where no ground troops were used and not a single American was lost in combat.
Our response involves far more than instant retaliation and isolated strikes. Americans should not expect one battle, but a lengthy campaign unlike any other we have ever seen. It may include dramatic strikes visible on TV and covert operations secret even in success.
We will starve terrorists of funding, turn them one against another, drive them from place to place until there is no refuge or no rest.
And we will pursue nations that provide aid or safe haven to terrorism. Every nation in every region now has a decision to make: Either you are with us or you are with the terrorists.
From this day forward, any nation that continues to harbor or support terrorism will be regarded by the United States as a hostile regime. Our nation has been put on notice, we're not immune from attack. We will take defensive measures against terrorism to protect Americans.
Fellow citizens, we'll meet violence with patient justice, assured of the rightness of our cause and confident of the victories to come.
In all that lies before us, may God grant us wisdom and may he watch over the United States of America. "
- President George Bush September 2001.
Flag is flying. I even wore my American Flag tshirt today. I don't care if it isn't casual Friday yet.
It is so saddening to hear them call the names out one by one. There are so many.
I wish everyone was wearing their patriotic stuff today. Remember when everyone was flying their American flag, when you couldn't find flags at Walmart and other places because they were sold out? My, we are a forgetful country.
As said above and so many times today,
Never Forget...Never Forget!
Agreed.................NEVAR FORGET!!!!!!!
"Change is inevitable -- except from a vending machine!"
I still have the small American flag at my desk that I got 7 years ago this week. It has been displayed ever since then.
Ahahahaha...I like it!
I got so upset by people complaining about the re-showing of the impact on the towers. I think it should be shown daily and made madatory viewing for all citizens. We are too forgetful as a nation.

My son's grade at that time(2nd) all colored US flags that were given to a store here to hang in their window; as luck would have it, my son's was not hung up and i was able to acquire it and immediately hung it in the front window of my work truck; even though it's all faded and a little tattered, that picture will NEVER be taken off that truck unless i get another one or when i retire.
